We'll despite the blustery conditions and the reversal of the course, I can't believe that I managed to get another personal best time at Caernarfon yesterday. I managed to knock another 9 seconds off my 10k time to38mins 13secs. Unfortunately for me I couldn't keep up the pace enough to get under 38 mins but I hope this will come on Sunday when I run for Wales in Cardiff. Emma Parry ran well aswell but she couldn't quite match the pace of Lizzy Hawker who made the trip up from Cardiff. I also managed to secure 1st Lady in the over 35 category and I also won the 10k North Wales Championship for the Ladies Veteran 35 Category. So all in all it was a great weekend. There were loads of North Wales Running Club team members out on the event so it was very good for the club.
