Went out with Russell and Vicky (Colwyn Bay) today so that they could show me the route for the cross country to be held at Eriys Park on the 29th September. I cant believe that the cross country season has come around again, it only seems like yesterday that the cold winds and ice covered hills were at the fore front of my mind. Anyway, after this little excursion, I went to meet Neale who was watching the club do the track session. When I got there I couldn't resist doing a few 800's to see how I got on.....felt quite good but I'm always apprehensive about the track as you hear tales of injuries etc. Still, I enjoyed it so I think I might have another crack next week...Bye For Now.....
