Well guy's, it's nearly a week since I managed to get myself around the course on the ultra and it was very, very tough. OK so a 15th position wasn't the best in the world but when you consider that there was almost a 50% attrition rate in our race I am more than happy. To cap it all, Wales were the only team (men and womens) to actually have all competitors finish. There would be a huge list of people to thank for their support on the day but they know who they are.....I will write further on the topic of the actual race but at the moment I am still on a post race high and have go to concentrate on this weekends cross country at Bangor....So...updates to follow...be patient guys! Oh....the men took gold!!!!!!!
